Our commitment is to complete transparency. Pagination is charged at an hourly rate and this breakdown is provided on the invoice. For expert reports we charge a limited uplift on the expert fee which is pre-agreed so you will always know what it is. We can also offer capped fee arrangements, ensuring our fees do not become excessive on higher value reports.
We believe that quality of experts is more important than size of our database, but our panel contains over four thousand experts. In order to maintain high standards, every one of our experts joins our panel via recommendation. We regularly review their reports to ensure that quality remains high, and will remove experts who do not meet the standards that we, and you, expect.
We do not advertise for experts or accept unsolicited direct enquiries to join the panel. Every expert joins through recommendation or referral. When a new expert joins our panel, one of our clinical team reviews their first reports.
We believe that technology and AI can help make our staff and experts spend more of their time offering expert advice and less time on the administrative parts of your case. To that end we currently use AI in some Pagination tasks, but we still believe in a 'human-in-the-loop' approach to all our work. to ensure our standards of quality are met.
