Dr. Davies qualified from Guy's Hospital in 1980 and has considerable experience across various medical specialities, including Accident and Emergency, Orthopaedics, and General Practice (in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada). He has over 20 years of experience in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence reporting. As the founder of QMGS, he oversees the organization, provides assured advice on expert types, and is available to discuss the medical aspects of any case. He remains clinically active as a Principal in General Practice.

Andy joined QMGS in 2024 to lead the company's next phase of growth. He previously co-founded and successfully ran a recruitment company in London, working with blue-chip brands in the consumer and healthcare space (including Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline, and Diageo). He brings a deep understanding of developing long-standing partnerships, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a strong company culture.

Alice spent over 7 years at one of the largest medico-legal agencies in the UK before moving to Admiral Law and then QMG Services. Her experience in both medical reporting and at a major law firm means she understands the entire medico-legal process and knows exactly what is required of an expert's report. She focuses on building a rapport with both experts and customers to ensure excellent service.

Diane has over 20 years of experience working across several industries, including 10 years in the Medical Legal sector. This has given her a broad knowledge of accounting systems and processes, and a clear understanding of the requirements of both customers and suppliers. She is committed to complete accuracy and providing timely, efficient service.

Sylvia has over 15 years of experience in managing teams and delivering excellent customer service, including a role as a Veterinary Practice Manager. Since joining QMGS, she has reviewed and refined processes within her team to maintain a high standard of work while the company grows, continually expanding her knowledge of the industry.

Abi qualified in 2016 and has varied post-registration experience in Head and Neck and General Surgery across both the NHS and Private sector. She has worked in the Medicolegal setting for several years. She maintains her clinical knowledge by continuing to work in clinical practice, which is essential for upholding the high standards within the nursing team.
